Matt Bailey's principle area of practice is complex litigation. Matt plays a leading role in his class action and pharmaceutical/medical device litigation cases, as well as his firm's appellate practice. He has successfully represented clients on a wide range of complex legal issues, on both an individual and class action level. Matt's experience ranges from wage and hour employment issues to matters dealing with civil/constitutional rights, product liability, consumer fraud and unfair business practices.

Matt received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from The University of Washington, where he graduated with honors. He earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law.
