Dylan Pollard's extensive civil trial experience speaks for itself. He has successfully represented plaintiffs in both State and Federal Courts on a wide variety of matters. His areas of specialty are pharmaceutical litigation, civil rights litigation, wage and hour class action litigation, individual and mass tort litigation against slum housing operators, and catastrophic personal injury cases. He has successfully obtained multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts for his clients.

Dylan specializes in handling difficult liability cases and has substantial experience using focus groups and multi-media presentations to obtain top recoveries for his clients, in arbitration, mediation or at trial. Dylan has significant involvement in employment cases and has served as lead counsel on wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination, breach of contract and employment discrimination matters.

Dylan Pollard is also an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Dylan attended Stanford University obtaining a B.A. in English in 1992, and continued his education at Pepperdine University School of Law, graduating cum laude.
